Job summary

Centria Autism, located in La Porte, Texas, is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The ideal candidates will be patient and compassionate, ready to engage with children actively, and will have the opportunity for a structured career path in Behavioral Analysis. The position offers a competitive pay range from $18 to $25.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors.
