Job summary

Childwise ABA provides top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism, delivered by a dedicated team of Behavior Technicians (BTs). Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and implementing plans from BCBAs while promoting independence.

Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $22 with full-time and part-time roles available; schedule spans 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in a supportive, collaborative workplace that values growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence.
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.
