Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is hiring Acrylic Bath Installers in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time position involves professional and efficient installation of bath systems, utilizing carpentry skills to provide high-quality remodels often in just one day. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a supportive team environment and consistent installation work throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or home remodeling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, square).
• Basic plumbing knowledge (preferred).
• Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels in as little as one day.
• Use carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills to deliver quality installations.
• Follow all company installation standards and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers.
• Respect customer homes and leave job sites clean and organized.
• Educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork and job photos.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials in your installation vehicle.
