Job summary

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking experienced Acrylic Bath Installers for 1099 contractor roles. Projects are typically completed in a single day, requiring precision and attention to detail in customers' homes. Experience with acrylic bath products and Bath Concepts systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities include full 1-day remodels, carpentry, ensuring clean work sites, and documenting each installation. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with acrylic bath products is strongly preferred, especially Bath Concepts or similar systems.
• Prior installer certifications are a strong plus.
• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, or bath installation.
• Strong knowledge of basic construction techniques and measurements.
• Proficient with hand and power tools (drills, saws, jigsaws, etc.).
• Ability to read measurements using tape measure, level, and square.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete full acrylic bath installations (typically 1-day remodels).
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work.
• Follow all installation standards and job specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners during projects.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of installed products.
• Complete job documentation, including paperwork and job photos.
• Load, maintain, and organize tools and installation materials.
