Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho is seeking an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator to guide patients through trial participation, coordinate visits and procedures, and ensure protocol‑driven care. You will manage data collection, monitor safety events, and support the care teams to keep trials on track.

You will serve as the operational hub for sponsors and monitors, helping bring cutting‑edge cancer therapies to patients and ensuring compliant study conduct across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in oncology trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through every step of their clinical trial journey, from screening to follow‑up.
• Coordinate study visits, procedures, labs, imaging, and treatment schedules across multidisciplinary oncology teams
• Collect, verify, and enter clinical data with accuracy
• Support direct care teams during study visits and ensure protocol‑driven care is provided according to study requirements
• Manage investigational product logistics, sample handling, and timely reporting of safety events
• Serve as the operational hub for the study team, clinical staff, sponsors and monitors to keep trials running smoothly
