Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho is seeking a Research Regulatory Coordinator to manage regulatory submissions for oncology clinical trials and maintain essential documents to ensure safety, ethics, and compliance.

You will collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary oncology teams to move trials forward, and provide regulatory guidance across early‑ and late‑phase cancer studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of regulatory experience in oncology or complex therapeutic area.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, OHRP, ICH GCP and institutional regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track regulatory submissions for oncology trials.
• Maintain essential documents ensuring ethical, safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and oncology teams to keep trials moving forward.
