Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program with BSN preferred.
• Current Florida RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Experience in oncology nursing and familiarity with triage.
• OCN certification preferred; strong patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic patient flow and triage to ensure timely care.
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity and resources with leaders.
• Provide direct patient care during peak times or critical situations.
• Act as liaison between patients, families and healthcare team.
• Maintain up-to-date triage protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leaders on debriefings and case reviews to improve triage.
