Job summary

Atrium Health Greater Charlotte is seeking an experienced RN Transplant for the Union West Oncology Infusion Clinic. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care across the transplant process, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team and supporting patients and families from evaluation through post-transplant care.

The role requires a BSN (or enrollment in a BSN program within 3 years of hire) and current RN licensure in the state, with BLS and oncology/triage experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state.
• BSN required. If not BSN, must enroll in BSN within 3 years of hire/transfer.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Oncology and triage experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with transplant team and families throughout the transplant process.
