Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute is seeking an Ambulatory Nursing Professional to join our outpatient breast and cutaneous cancer care team. You will provide direct patient care, support nursing leadership, and participate in daily operations within a multidisciplinary care setting.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, an RN license, BLS certification, and oncology/women’s health experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Oncology and Women’s Health experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• BSN required or enrollment in BSN program within 1 year of hire; program to be completed within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Supports the manager to enhance nursing practice and care delivery.
• Provides direct patient care while assisting in daily operations and coordination of patient care.
• Collaborates with the clinical team to support psychosocial needs of patients and families.
