Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated oncology nurse for night shift. The role emphasizes safe administration of antineoplastic agents, complex cancer care, and patient education.

Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential as you support patients and families through treatment and recovery. We require Florida RN licensure with BLS and ACLS, with a preference for oncology experience.

Qualificações

• Current Florida RN license with BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience in oncology or cancer patient care preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in area of specialty; demonstrated clinical skills and judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and safely administer antineoplastic agents.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for cancer patients.
• Educate patients and families on neutropenic precautions and treatment plans.
• Demonstrate safe handling of implants, port-a-caths, and chemotherapy calculations.
• Support oncology pain management and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain ACLS competency and participate in unit-based in-services.
