Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ years in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients including physical, psychological, cultural and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and update as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
