Qualifications

• Current Licensure in Florida and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS certification preferred or obtained within 90 days.
• Minimum 2 years in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and safely administers antineoplastic agents.
• Cares for cancer patients and end-of-life issues.
• Administers care for patients receiving internal and external radiation treatments.
• Educates patients and families on neutropenic precautions.
• Performs pre- and post-operative care for cancer-related procedures.
• Interprets life-threatening dysrhythmias and initiates appropriate treatment.
