Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel and educate patients on specialty drug therapies.
• Document accurately and in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to regulators/manufacturers.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Support teams to ensure timely delivery of therapies.
• Maintain patient demographics and medical history records.
