Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data to physicians accurately and convincingly.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology required.
• Proven track record in account management, selling competencies and meeting goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Engages with HCPs with a balanced scientific dialogue and updates on new data.
• Develops territory and account plans and uses CE^3 tools to inform call planning.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure a high-quality Customer Experience.
