Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver evidence-based survivorship care for cancer patients in an outpatient setting in Florida. You will work under physician supervision, perform history-taking and exams, and coordinate long-term wellness and surveillance with a multidisciplinary cancer care team.

Requirements include at least 1 year of oncology APP experience, MSN, Florida APRN license, BLS, and certifications per policy.

Qualifications

• Oncology APP with demonstrated survivorship care focus.
• Master's degree in nursing; APRN license in FL.
• BLS/ACLS and related certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide survivorship-focused care under physician supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive H&P and follow-up for cancer patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
