Qualifications

• Master's degree required (Statistics/related field) with 5+ years' programming experience in clinical studies, or 8–10 years with a Master’s plus project management experience.
• Proven track record leading programming deliverables within a study team.
• Experience contributing to hiring, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming deliverables from a single study through regulatory approval and launch.
• Oversee the creation and QC of tables, listings, and graphs.
• Manage programming scope, timelines, and resource alignment.
