Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in statistical programming.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading programming deliverables within a clinical or therapeutic area.
• Strong mentoring and team collaboration skills.
• Experience developing and applying programming standards and data models.
• Nice to have: SAS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee analysis programming within your therapeutic area, tracking deliverables.
• Manage programming and quality control of analysis datasets for regulatory submissions.
• Mentor others in standard analysis approaches.
• Serve as programming representative on multidisciplinary study teams through regulatory approvals and launch.
• Develop data models, programming standards, and code; train end users on project standards.
• Lead programming work independently while aligning with the broader project team.
• Maintain standards, consistency, and reusable processes across studies.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and ad hoc requests from senior leadership.
