Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.

• Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty medication management for solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
• Counsel patients and coordinate with providers, nurses, and staff to optimize therapy.
• Assist with prior authorizations, drug therapy appeals, and financial assistance as needed.
