Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Burlington, MA, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide specialty medication management for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. You will collaborate with patients, providers, and care teams to optimize outcomes in a hybrid on-site/work-from-home model.

The role requires a PharmD, current Massachusetts license, and at least 2 years of experience in specialty medication management or hospital clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Pharm D preferred.
• Experience (2 years) managing patients’ specialty medication needs or Clinical Pharmacist hospital practice experience (2 years).
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty medication management by evaluating patient’s medication for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with patients, providers, nurses and health professionals to ensure access and outcomes.
• Participate in clinical meetings and staff training; cross-train as needed.
• Provide on-call support on a scheduled rotation.
• Document therapeutic interventions and safety events as directed.
