A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist. This field-based role requires strong leadership, commercial insight, and a deep understanding of the oncology market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and collaborating with healthcare professionals to promote innovative therapies. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of relevant experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biotech sales.
This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Jersey City, Morristown, New Brunswick, Newark, Staten Island, NY, and the surrounding area.

The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting products within the oncology, hematology, or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies globally and a pioneer in oncology. You should possess a deep level of commercial insight, curiosity, a passion for lifelong learning, leadership among peers, proactive customer service, and familiarity with digital tools to leverage customer and data insights for improved sales in competitive markets.

The salary range at start is approximately $92,800 to $139,200 for Oncology Representative, $130,400 to $195,600 for Oncology Specialist, and $144,000 to $216,000 for Senior Oncology Specialist. Final pay depends on various factors, including location and experience. Benefits include bonuses, stock units, medical, 401(k), paid leave, and more.
The role requires successful completion of initial training, including home study, within eight hours per day and forty hours per week. No visa sponsorship is provided. Please only apply if the location is accessible for you.
