Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital seeks a Social Worker to support patients and families through counseling, information on community resources, financial aid assistance, and education on cancer and chronic disease treatment.

The role acts as a liaison between patient/family and medical staff, under supervision from the Social Work Coordinator and direction from the Director of Oncology Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.
• Montana license eligibility or licensure in progress.
• Experience with cancer patients or critical care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and their families and provide information on access to community support.
• Assist with financial needs and provide education/resources on cancer and chronic disease treatment.
• Serve as liaison between patient/family and medical/clinical staff.
• Coordinate with Oncology Services leadership and other departments.
