Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (CSWE accredited).
• OSW-C certification preferred for management roles.
• SIFI certification preferred for graduate interns management.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and develop care plans for oncology/hematology patients and families.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and treatment teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide counseling, education, and bereavement support for caregivers and patients.
• Develop and implement quality programs, support groups, and wellness activities.
• Document assessments and plans clearly in electronic medical records.
