Job summary

Astera Cancer Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Navigator in Hamilton, NJ to coordinate patient care for breast cancer patients. This role requires compassion and expertise to guide patients through their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
• 2 years of experience in Oncology, Breast Health, or Surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of patient care and provide guidance.
• Ensure patient attendance at scheduled procedures.
• Review daily schedules for new patients.
