Job summary

At Duly Health and Care, the Oncology Site RN role supports seamless patient care within the Medical Oncology department. The Site Nurse acts as a liaison to physicians, APPs and staff, ensuring high-quality care under Illinois Nurse Practice Act guidelines.

Responsibilities include triage, patient communication, and coordination of referrals; requires current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification. Oncology experience is preferred, with a focus on safe, efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice in the State of Illinois as a professional nurse.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Preferred oncology experience in a medical setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize clinic systems to facilitate patient flow and data entry.
• Complete forms (FMLA, disability) and prior authorizations as requested.
• Assist with triage, My Chart messages, and prescription refill requests.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with care teams to meet patient needs.
