At Duly Health and Care, the Oncology Site RN role supports seamless patient care within the Medical Oncology department. The Site Nurse acts as a liaison to physicians, APPs and staff, ensuring high-quality care under Illinois Nurse Practice Act guidelines.
Responsibilities include triage, patient communication, and coordination of referrals; requires current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification. Oncology experience is preferred, with a focus on safe, efficient clinic operations.

Job Title: Oncology Site RN
Department: Medical Oncology
Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Under the direction of the Site Physician(s), Practice Manager, and Supervisor Clinical Oncology the Site Nurse serves as a primary liaison to physicians, APP’s and clinical staff, ensuring continuity of and quality of care. May also be directed by employees in a charge role. Performs to the level of a licensed registered nurse as dictated by the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and Duly Health and Care.

Preferred one (1) year oncology experience in a medical setting such as a doctor’s office or hospital setting.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $28-42, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
