Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare or life sciences including sales or provider operations.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience coordinating with provider organizations and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel about 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites, including workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure sites have capabilities for end-to-end treatment journey execution.
• Serve as product operations SME for assigned sites on process, operations, and logistics.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues, triaging with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with oncology field teams to ensure coordinated, compliant engagement.
• Build relationships with site leaders and monitor operational metrics for improvement.
