Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) to serve as the field-based operational point of contact for treatment sites for our oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma.

You will lead onboarding and readiness, educate sites on approved processes, triage operational issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor site performance using approved dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
• Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge and provider operations experience implementing workflows for complex therapies.
• Ability to operate in white space with evolving processes and dependencies.
• Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to build customer relationships; excellent communication and leadership in cross-functional, matrix settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
• Provide process-focused education using approved resources; support initial implementation and steady-state operations.
• Serve as operational subject matter expert for site process/operations/logistics.
