Job summary

The James at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Healthcare Analyst to support the James Ancillary Departments' business/financial operations and provide analytics coverage for inpatient and outpatient services.

Under supervision, you will help oversee staffing metrics, productivity models, and cross-functional coordination with finance and clinical leaders to improve patient care operations.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in healthcare environment is preferred.
• One to three years of business experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support business/financial operations of department.
• Oversee position control, and operational and labor management metrics.
• Collaborate with finance and operational managers to impact daily clinical operations.
• Maintain productivity models and benchmarks to ensure accuracy and up-to-date data.
• Provide business analytics support across the Clinical Enterprise.
