The Ohio State University is seeking a Healthcare Operations Analyst for Oncology Services. This role supports James Business Operations, coordinating business and financial operations to optimize patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will work with finance and operations teams to keep productivity models current, oversee staffing and metrics, and participate in planning, process improvement, and multidisciplinary cancer care initiatives.

Formación

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of business experience.
• Maintain licensure if applicable.
• Participate in professional organizations for continuing education.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support the business/financial operations of the James Ancillary Departments.
• Oversee position control, operational and labor management metrics.
• Collaborate with finance and operational managers to impact daily clinical operations.
• Assist with keeping productivity models and benchmarks up-to-date.
• Oversee staffing needs and provide business analytics support to the Clinical Enterprise.
• Collaborate across OSUWMC with leaders and staff for fiscal and analytics oversight.
• Potentially oversee a student intern supporting the team.
• Participate in business planning initiatives and process improvement activities.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and external groups affecting oncology care.
