Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school.
• Four years' experience in business operations, finance, or related areas.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor department budget and financial performance.
• Support month-end close, variance analyses, and action plans.
• Develop labor productivity metrics and staffing models.
• Manage position control, hiring justification, and FTE budgeting.
• Support revenue cycle, SLAs, and MOUs; contract management.
• Assist capital planning, asset inventory, and replacement schedules.
• Provide governance, compliance, and operational dashboards.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to improve operations.
