MSS MJH Shared Services is seeking a Scientific Director of Clinical Communications to lead the creation of oncology education content. This role involves collaborating with partners to develop and deliver high-quality scientific information aimed at educating healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical degree and at least 3 years of experience in the medical communications field, specifically in oncology. The position offers a competitive salary of $130,000 – $140,000 per year.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience in agency or medical communications focused on digital, event, or promotional video deliverables.
• Significant oncology account experience preferred.
• Experience managing teams or leading projects is essential.
• Willingness to travel 3–5 days per month.

Responsabilidades

• Identify client needs and provide strategic recommendations for scientific content.
• Support preparation of project materials ensuring compliance with content requirements.
• Revise content through internal and external reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise direct reports, providing guidance on writing/editing best practices.
