Job summary

MJH Life Sciences® seeks a Scientific Director for Clinical Communications to lead diverse oncology-related content projects. In this role, you will utilize clinical training and leadership to analyze data and create educational materials that improve patient care.

The position calls for a clinical or advanced degree, management experience, and strong communication skills. The role includes mentorship responsibilities and regular client engagement.

Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 annually, plus benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in agency/medical communications with promotional video, events, or other digital deliverables.
• Ability to travel to meetings, events, and/or video production for 3-5 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide strategic recommendations for scientific information.
• Support preparation of project materials for promotional reviews and oversee revisions.
• Attend live events to capture highlights or other content for project deliverables.

Strong oncology account experience

Education

Clinical degree (PharmD, DO, MD) or advanced degree (MS, PhD)
