Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Procedural Registered Nurse to oversee patient care in a procedural setting. You will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

This role involves self-scheduling for 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in a busy hospital environment. Required qualifications include oncology and inpatient RN experience, with willingness to train in telemetry and ACLS as needed.

Formación

• Two+ years Oncology experience.
• Two+ years inpatient RN experience.
• BLS certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and telemetry training encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop nursing diagnoses.
• Create and adjust personalized care plans.
• Monitor patient responses and ensure safety.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
