Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join the team at Temple, TX, in a full-time, night-shift role on 8 North Telemetry. You'llcare for oncology/hematology patients, including chemotherapy, CAR T therapy, and stem cell transplant patients in a dedicated unit.

The position offers 36 hours per week, nights (7pm–7am), with benefits and opportunities for professional development within a large not-for-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited nursing program.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Medical Oncology care on the 8 North Telemetry unit.
• High-dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell transplant.
• CAR T cell therapy administration.
• Administration of chemotherapy, biotherapy, and monoclonal antibodies.
• Surgical oncology involvement.
• Gynecologic oncology involvement.
• Administration of radiation therapy.
• Hematologic disorders management (e.g., sickle cell crisis, aplastic anemia, thalassemia, thrombocytopenia).
• Continuous cardiac monitoring (Telemetry).
