Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Must have 2+ years of RN experience in ED, Critical Care/ICU, OR, or Procedural GI/Endo a plus.
• Must reside within 1 hour (60 minutes) commutable distance, for on-call requirement, of 3500 Gaston Ave, Dallas, 75246.
• Registered Nurse RN, active license.
• BLS and ACLS.
• Telemetry test required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify nursing diagnoses for health issues.
• Develop and oversee personalized care plans.
• Assess patient responses regularly to prevent complications.
• Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.
• Contribute to decision-making and support nursing staff and healthcare providers.
