Sentara Healthcare is seeking an RN Unit Coordinator for the 2S Oncology Team at Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time role (36 hours) is on days, supporting a 26-bed oncology unit with a focus on comprehensive cancer care, leadership, and patient-centered service.

Eligible candidates will have a BSN and at least 18 months of RN experience in acute care; oncology background is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 18 months RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for nursing care in the department.
• Lead safety, quality initiatives, and workflow improvement under the department manager.
• Enhance staff satisfaction and deliver Gold Standard customer service.
