Sentara Health Plans' Virginia Beach General Hospital seeks an RN Unit Coordinator for the 2S Oncology team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role leads nursing care on a 26-bed unit and supports safety and workflow improvements during day shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has 18 months of RN experience in acute care, and oncology experience is preferred. You will provide clinical leadership and help develop staff while delivering Gold Standard customer service.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN required.
• Oncology experience preferred.
