Cancer Specialists of North Florida – Southside Office in Jacksonville seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join as Nurse Supervisor. Lead the clinical nursing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient care in an oncology setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably oncology.
• BLS certification.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification or Radiation certification within 6 months of hire.
• Ongoing continuing education required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and oversee nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate daily staffing and clinical operations.
• Orient, support, and mentor clinical staff.
• Oversee patient flow within the infusion area.
• Collaborate with physicians and departments.
• Administer chemotherapy and related therapies under physician direction.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational, and spiritual needs and implement interventions.
• Document assessments and treatments in the EHR.
• Maintain OSHA and infection-control standards.
• Perform annual employee performance evaluations.
