Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with state licensure and IV therapy experience.
• OCN Certification required.
• Ability to assess patient needs and condition.
• Strong critical thinking and calm emergency response.
• Current CPR certification.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire; company provides BLS training.
• Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Hematology/oncology experience in clinic or hospital preferred.
• Valid driver's license for travel to clinics.
