Qualifications

• Current RN licensure to practice in Ohio.

• BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS within six months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Certification in area of clinical specialty within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide age- and culturally-specific nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentor peers.
• Participate in handoffs and safety initiatives.
• Maintain documentation in EMR.
