Abington Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using evidence-based practices. You will develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN license in the state of practice and a specialized nursing diploma, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in Nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, discharge planning, and documentation.
• Active RN license in state of practice.

Responsabilités
