Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team. You will support patient populations, coordinate care, and participate in ongoing education to improve outcomes.

Required NJ license, BLS/CPR, and BSN in progress or within 3 years. Oncology experience and chemotherapy/biotherapy cert are strongly preferred. Six months of bedside nursing experience or participation in our Nurse Residency.

Competenze

Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required.
BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

Direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
Provide effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients.
