Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Ballantyne in South Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced oncology outpatient setting, including infusion services and comprehensive cancer care.

The RN will follow the nursing process, administer medications per protocols, coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and navigators, and support a traveling provider's uptown clinic visit, ensuring continuity of care and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• One year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and navigator teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and compassionate patient environment.
