ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 6E Oncology Unit in Newark, DE. The position is part-time with night shifts (12-hour blocks) and potential 8- and 12-hour shift combinations based on department needs. Weekend and holiday coverage per guidelines is required.

The unit delivers 24/7 inpatient hematology and oncology care, including chemotherapy administration. The role emphasizes relationship-based care, with core values of love and excellence guiding patient and family

Qualifications

• DE RN license or Compact RN license is required.
• BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire.
• BLS required.
• Oncology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on 6E Oncology Unit in Newark.
• Administer chemotherapy and manage cancer-related symptoms and patient comfort.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered oncology care.
