Job summary
AdventHealth in Florida seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in a night-shift, full-time setting. You will collaborate with the care team to administer medications, educate patients and families, and ensure high standards of safety and documentation.

Qualifications
- Assess patients comprehensively across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately following orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and self-care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
- Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust to improve patient health.
- Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
- Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
