Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Greater Manchester is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and respond quickly to changes in condition.

The role requires CT licensure, BCLS and ACLS certification, and NCLEX within 90 days of graduation. You will contribute to professional practice and participate in a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• Must have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire or receive certification within the new employee orientation period and maintain competency.
• New Graduates must pass NCLEX within 90 days of graduation date.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinates patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicates patient clinical status and responds quickly to changes in condition or treatment responses.
• Demonstrates age-appropriate care knowledge across the life span and supports professional nursing practice.
