Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for evening to overnight shifts (7p-7:30a) in Connecticut. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Must maintain CT licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• Must have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate patient condition promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development to provide age-appropriate care.
• Report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
