Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychosocial, developmental, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Monitor and adjust care plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance throughout patient care.
