Responsibilities

• Clinical Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrates basic assessment skills, the 5 rights of medication administration, documents nursing process in EMR, follows DNV standards, coordinates discharge planning, contributes to a culture of safety.
• Interpersonal Skills and Relationships: Engages patients and families, provides education, demonstrates customer service behaviors.
• Leadership and Professional Development: Supports shared governance, delegates tasks, serves in unit leadership roles as needed.
