Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate Nursing Degree Required.
• One (1) year of experience as a professional RN. New graduate RNs or those with less than one (1) year of experience will be referred to the RN Residency Program.
• National certification in clinical specialty as eligible.
• Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
• Long Term Care: One (1) year experience
• Membership is professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Skills and Knowledge updates: demonstrates basic assessment skills and documents nursing process in the electronic medical record.
• Interdisciplinary coordination: works with care team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Quality and safety: adheres to DNV standards and maintains a culture of safety.
• Leadership and mentorship: supports unit governance and may serve in unit leadership roles.
